In this level the student is opened to allow the Reiki energy to flow strongly through their hands.

The student will also experience the benefit of the Reiki as it flows through their body. Not only will they be giving Reiki, they will be receiving it for their own improvement.

First Degree (or Level) is a physical level. You will be able to do a 'healing' for a person or animal that is physically present with you. You are also encouraged to give lots of Reiki to yourself, as this will not only help you in the same way receiving a Reiki treatment from someone else would, but it will also help strengthen and improve your ability to channel Reiki strongly.

Classes take a full day. We will begin in the morning (usually at 9am) and will end about 4:30 pm. The afternoon will be spent practicing your new Reiki skills.

Please wear loose fitting, comfortable, clothes. Perfumes should be avoided as a courtesy to others.

Manuals will be supplied. Just bring a pen in case you want to take notes.
