Wellness is something that gets talked about a lot lately. All of us wants it; most of us think we have it to some degree. Do we have enough 'wellness'? Should we be getting 'more well'? How well is 'well enough'?
Wellness is for everyone, and everyone already has some degree of wellness. If you are browsing my website you are interested in keeping well or improving your wellness, and either you know or are curious about different ways of creating it.
I promote natural healing because I believe a healthy state is attainable for everyone, and it can be easy. I know the state of feeling good is a multi-facetted thing. I know the natural healing modalities I practice are all good. They work. I know how much stronger I am because I have regular treatments from other therapists. I know how wonderful it is to close my eyes and know someone who is well-trained is helping my body release, realign, and mend. And I see the great things happening for my clients.
YOU ARE WHERE YOU ARE, RIGHT NOW.
You are never less of anything. No matter how 'healthy' or how 'sick' you perceive yourself to be, you are always a whole, vibrating, breathing, living being who has immense power contained within. You are amazing. You are capable of great things, be it supreme health or great success in other areas of your life. When we are un-well it means that we have disconnected from a part of ourselves. When we are chronically uncomfortable in our bodies, we create dis-ease. When we are sick or in pain we can feel like we have no hope, and when we have no hope we lose our desire for something better because we fear there will be only disappointment.
But it doesn't have to be that way.
Good health is not the peak of your attainment. It's not a case of "Are we there yet?" Good health comes to us when we are in alignment with the things that create good health, like nutritious food, positive thoughts, clean water and air, a healthy environment, and exercise. Good health is a daily adventure. Every day we make choices that either help us get well, stay well, or tax our ability to heal and regenerate. What have you chosen today?
Natural healing methods are good for you, and it doesn't matter if you are 'sick' or 'well'. The modalities I use all follow the general principle of assisting your body to clear and energize so that it can right itself. I do not trick your body into changing anything or masking any symptoms. Relief from pain is a common occurrence. As is improved circulation, increased mobility, and clarity of mind. Also during the sessions you will become very relaxed and this has a multifold benefit for you. The body heals itself fastest when it is in a relaxed mode; freedom from stress is always a good thing; most people are overtired and need rest.
I am impressed by the successful improvement of some very longstanding issues when only one treatment per month has been given. With consistent dedication these clients are now experiencing a significant reduction of pain, and increased mobility and freedom of movement. One treatment per month is also an affordable way to help keep your body stronger and better able to cope with and prevent illness.
The treatments will also have an effect on your outlook on life itself. This will be subtle, but especially true for people who make the commitment to themselves to take care of their health and have regular treatments.
